EASY 10 minute meals for cutting | FAT LOSS MEALS

Hey guys! No fancy cooking over here today, just three very quick and clean meals for you to try at home. If you're wanting to eat clean and fresh but are in a rush, these are you. I hope you enjoy them!

Also, apologies for the handheld camera work, there wasn't anyone around to help me out!
Peri Peri Rice Bowl

100g of chicken breast
Handful of kale
125g of cooked basmati rice 
Cajun Beef Stir Fry

Cals - 468
Carbs - 44g
Protein - 51g
Fat - 9g

150g of lean beef mince
1/2 an onion
1/2 a pepper
Tbsp of tomato puree
Cajun seasoning
125g of cooked basmati rice
Salmon & Sweet Potato Mash

Cals - 530
Carbs.- 70g
Protein - 26g 
Fat - 14g

250g of sweet potato 
Tsp of olive oil
Tbsp of honey
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 salmon fillet
Small knob of butter
Green beans
