Advertising in America The 1950s (USEM 1570)
This video was created as a class assignment for the University of Virginia's USEM 1570, Researching History. It is a mini-exhibit that delves into the subject matter of advertising by analyzing ads from the 1950s and what they can tell us about the decade. With the exception of the Flintstones video, all materials came from the Albert and Shirley Small Special Collections Library. This video was created by Amelia Garcia, class of 2017.
