This patient came to see Dr. Barko to address severe pain in her toe. She has Osteoarthritis in her toe with spurring, and the spurs turned out to be the source of her pain. There is also a soft tissue mass on top of the spurs that Dr. Barko was able to remove during this surgery, so she ended up combining 2 procedures in one appointment.

This surgery is minimally invasive and done in our office, which can be extremely beneficial when compared to traditional surgery options. Some benefits of MIS are:
