New record for most baseballs at a “Watch With Zack” game!

I joined a HUGE group of fans for the day in San Diego (19 kids and a bunch of their parents), and it could not have gone any better. The Padres hooked us up with early access for batting practice, and the players and coaches were friendly from the start. Matt Shrahm played catch with a few of the kids. Mark McGwire signed a bunch of autographs. It was Trevor Hoffman bobblehead day. The game itself lasted 13 innings. We tried one of the signature concession items at PETCO Park and enjoyed fireworks at the end.
