Ships ALGOMA HARVESTER & CSL RT. HON. PAUL J. MARTIN passing on Welland Canal

The downbound ALGOMA HARVESTER is lowered in Lock 3, then passes by the upbound CSL RT. HON. PAUL J. MARTIN, which had pulled over at the west pier wall below Lock 3, July 14, 2017. Note at 00:20 that "shore crew" members are being lowered by a "landing crane'" from the MARTIN onto the pier, so that they can moor the ship while waiting. At 10:53 the downbound MANITOULIN is seen being lowered at Lock 4, then later (at 13:20) MANITOULIN is seen exiting Lock 4 as the MARTIN approaches. Also, as the ships were passing through Lock 3, work was being carried out on one of the Cavotec mooring system devices; later, workers were lowered by crane down into the lock to check the unit.
