RV Travel Vlog 9: Unbelievable Moab Views | Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point & Mill Canyon Dinosaur Tracks

Moab, Utah has been at the top of our travel bucket list for years, and in RV Travel Vlog 9 we experience some of the most breathtaking landscapes in the American Southwest! From towering arches and massive canyons to dinosaur footprints, this adventure has a little bit of everything.

We start by exploring the incredible Dead Horse Point State Park, one of the most spectacular viewpoints in the Southwest. The famous overlook sits 2,000 feet above the Colorado River and provides one of the most photographed views in Utah. The viewpoint reminded us of a miniature Horseshoe Bend in Arizona.

Next, we head into Canyonlands National Park, where the vast canyons carved by the Colorado and Green Rivers create one of the most dramatic landscapes we've ever seen. The overlooks in the Island in the Sky district offer jaw-dropping views that stretch for miles across the Utah desert. And we wrapped up Canyonlands with a drive on off-road trail Shafer Trail / Potash Road into Moab.

Finally we head into Arches National Park, home to more than 2,000 natural stone arches and some of the most iconic red rock scenery in the country. From stunning viewpoints to unforgettable desert landscapes, it's easy to see why millions of visitors travel here every year.

One of the hidden gems of our Moab adventure was stopping at the Mills Canyon Dinosaur Tracks, where we walked alongside real dinosaur footprints preserved in stone for millions of years. It's an incredible glimpse into the area's prehistoric past and a fun stop that many visitors miss.

Of course, full-time RV travel always comes with surprises. During our stay, we had to repair an issue with our RV solar power system that caused us to have to pay for a campground.
