We recommend adding this region as a stop on a larger Baja road trip because there are so many incredible places to see in Baja but it would also be a great weekend trip from Southern California!

🍷L.A. Cetto - biggest winery in Mexico (and you can camp in the parking lot if visiting in a campervan or RV)
🍷Las Nubes Bodegas y viñedos - beautiful tasting room overlooking the valley
🍷Valle Girl Vino - small and unpretentious (can also camp here!)
🍷Monte Xanic - one of the OGs in the Valle
🍷Vena Cava - also has a great food truck
🍷Casa Magoni - European style
🍷Bruma - can do wine and food pairing

When to visit:
🌸Spring (March to June) for great weather and smaller crowds
🍁Fall (late August to October) for harvest season with lots of fun events
🌞Avoid Summer (July and early August) as it can be very hot
