Winter Storm Causes Travel Headache in Waukesha, WI

As a winter storm worked across the Midwest, conditions across the Waukesha area quickly deteriorated during the late morning and afternoon hours on Tuesday, January 9, 2024. Several wrecks occurred along I-94 on the north side of Waukesha, WI, including a semi that lost control and drove up an embankment on eastbound I-94, closing both lanes of I-94E for a brief period. Several spinouts also occurred, and a few accidents were reported around the City of Waukesha. Additional clips in this video include city crews working to clear snow from city streets, the Waukesha Airport, and residents of the Waukesha shoveling and salting their driveways.
