Blizzard Conditions Hit Eastern Dakotas Bringing Dangerous Conditions

Video filmed on both sides of the North Dakota and South Dakota border all along Interstate 29. Video starts on North Dakota side and transitions to South Dakota side at 1:03 with a semi passing creating blinding whiteout conditions.

A multi-day major winter storm that is now blizzard warned has begun in North and South Dakota. Heavy snow rates created whiteout conditions and is keeping both state's Departments of Transportation very busy as last minute traffic tries to traverse the area before likely interstate shutdown.
