😊315 Taaza Dhaniya Bhindi Sabzi….
In a pan add oil, chopped ginger and 3 green chillies, lots of chopped dhaniya (coriander leaves). Stir. Add tiny chopped pieces of Bhindi (Okra). Stir. Add 1tsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp dhaniya powder, 1/2 tsp tumeric powder. Go on stirring till cooked. Should not be sticky. Lastly add salt and 2 tbs amchur powder (mango powder). Serve with roti, paratha etc.

Introduction…
The right kind of food is very important, especially when you are practising sadhana. They say “जैसा अन्न वैसा मन.”(One’s food contributes to your thoughts and attitude). Based on that, this is the second Channel “Swamiji’s Kitchen”. People had requested me to show them different recipes and with Ma’s Grace I am able to do so! Do try making them. People think that food without onion and garlic is tasteless but honestly it is not so! It is very tasty and you can actually taste the real flavour of the vegetables, dals, etc.
