This is the most elaborate evaluation of Bone$mashings efficacy in a looksmaxing protocol ever. In witch my aim is to showcase theoretical proof that Bone$mashing works. In this episode we will explore bones ability to grow in response to stimuli. We will discover that in fact bone can adapt at a rate that would give us sufficient gains.
