TAKE AWAY COFFEE made efficiently with a few simple adjustments to your cafe workflow. In this video Jimmy directs BARISTAS & CAFE OWNERS through a few SIMPLE CHANGES that can be made when orders are taken in a cafe. How the cup should be moved and handled through the espresso bar before it's served to the customer. Plus a few other considerations to make like cafe layout and staff training and upskilling.
