We'll start off with some dynamic moves such as the Swinging Table Top, lying hip raises and Arm Reach Raises, followed by Glute Bridge that focuses on core strength and alignment. Then we'll challenge your sense of balance and flexibility with the Frontal V Hold, Chair Exercises and Front Leg Swings, finishing off with some single leg toe touches.
