I Biked 5 Miles Everyday for 30 Days
I biked 5 miles everyday for 30 days and this were the results. This challenge was much harder than I anticipated. A total of 150 miles and many many days of being extremely sore. I completed the 5 miles on the 1st in 19:38 and on the last day you’ll have to watch to find out .
