I Tried Doubletree's Famous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ever since Doubletree Hilton released their secret chocolate chip cookie recipe, there's been a frenzy in the online baking/foodie community. Naturally, I had to give these cookies a try even though I've never visited a Doubletree myself. Were they worth the hype? Let's find out!

Halved Doubletree Cookie Ingredients:
1 stick softened butter
1/3 + 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp lemon juice
1 1/8 cup flour
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
pinch cinnamon
1 1/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
