Garlic Oyster Sauce Eggplant Stir Fry

This eggplant recipe is my version of eggplant stir fry which is pretty much similar to Chinese Eggplant Tofu but without the tofu. It is easy to cook and ingredients are available in any asian grocery stores like the chinese 5 spice powder and the rest, you for sure have them already in your kitchen.

Recipe:
5 medium Eggplant
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder
1 tbsp sesame oil
Onion
Garlic
Ginger
1 tsp corn starch
3 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp sugar
Green onions for garnish
Chili peppers for garnish

*Please take note that the sesame oil was added after sautéing the thick sauce at 4:06.
