Recipe:
½ white onion
1 eggplant
1 carrot
½ green pepper
½ red pepper
4 green onions
6-8 cloves of garlic
½ box of tofu
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp chicken base powder
1 tbsp freshly chopped ginger
¼ tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 ½ tbsp soy sauce
¾ cup water
