Can US Navy Pilots Strafe?

The 2003 Iraq War, also known as the Second Gulf War, officially named 'Operation Iraqi Freedom' by the USA, was very much a Hornet's war. About 250 of them participated playing vital roles such as CAS, SEAD, interdiction etc. Most aircraft took off without pre-planned targets, relying instead on Forward Air Controllers to find some. Guided weapons such as JDAMs and LGBs were usually used while the internal 20mm cannon was seen only as the last resort weapon. Still, under right circumstances it could still very useful, as we will see in this video. Two F/A-18s from VFA-151 aboard USS Constellation flew this mission ahead of US ground troops advancing on Baghdad.
This is the first channel's reenactment of a combat mission from Operation Iraqi Freedom in DCS World.
