How I studied 4 hours a day, working 12 hour shifts as a doctor (MRCP)

In this video I talk about how I managed to commit 4 hours a day to studying while working 12 hour shifts (in addition to all other human things like sleeping and eating), and the top techniques I used to help me through it such as extensive planning, changing my sleep schedule and accountability. It was definitely a tough experience, not least because work alone can be so exhausting, but I feel like I've learned tons and picked up a few skills that I'll hopefully be using in the future as well! The MRCP Part 1 Exam certainly is a tough cookie...

A bit about myself:
Hey guys! I'm Matt, a junior doctor 👨‍⚕️working in London in the UK. I've had so many incredible experiences as a doctor and my journey to getting where I am today and so I decided to try put them somewhere: this channel is it! I mostly post about my life as doctor but I put out educational content about things that I think I have something worth sharing, such as about studying, medical school or productivity.
