Hummus Ingredients:
1 can (400g) chickpeas (AKA garbanzo beans), unsalted, organic if possible
1/4 cup aqua faba
2 garlic cloves
1 lemon or lime, juiced
2 TBSP tahini
1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt, to taste
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp paprika
Freshly cracked white pepper, to taste
4 ice cubes

Daikon Rolls Ingredients:
1 large Daikon radish
Freshly squeezed citrus juice
Black sesame
Homemade oil-free hummus
Paprika and/ or chili pepper
Pea sprouts or sprouts of your choice
Apple, julienned
Carrot, julienned
Red cabbage, julienned
