A fun thing to do when you are in Auroville is to rent a bike and explore on your own :)
We stayed at this beautiful Guesthouse called Abundance guest house which is located inside Auroville and I had made a video about it and if you still haven't checked it out I am also dropping a link below:

So if you are looking for some cool places to stay in Auroville, I also would suggest this guest house called Atithi Griha guest house. It is a beautiful property located inside Auroville and if you are looking to explore the interiors of Auroville, you will have to stay in Auroville because otherwise, you will not have access to many of the sites in Auroville.

There are also a number of offbeat things which you can do in Auroville and if you are interested in learning about the different communities in Auroville, I am also sharing some of my favourite places like Bharat Nivas, The french Pavilion and many more.

Auroville is a great place to learn about sustainable technologies, cost-effective designs and if you are an architect it is a great place to refine your skills and knowledge.
