Public dish ‘serious punishment’ onto government lacking conviction to fix issues
Sky News host Paul Murray says Australian voters will put “serious punishment” onto a government if they are not doing enough amid a cost-of-living crisis.
“One thing has never changed, never changed from the last government to this government,” he said.
“And whenever an election is on our way, and that is the serious punishment voters will put onto a government if they are not doing enough.
“Or even worse are telling you it is not as bad as it actually is.
“We get a poll tonight via the Sydney Morning Herald, The Age and Channel Nine … ‘Labor’s vote hits new low as Australians buckle under cost-of-living pressure’.”
