In this video, you will see three legendary steam engines from the USA, UK, and Germany. The BR 05 001 of DRG (002 is not available in red livery) will challenge the steam engine speed holder - The LNER 4468 Mallard of the UK and the famous Dreyfuss Hudson of New York Central.

In part one, both locomotives hauled a consist which was as heavy (or light) as the consist which they towed when creating their speed record "in real life"! Thank you for watching! 🤗
