Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska has begun construction of the promised house for the Siberian hermit Agafya Lykova.
Director of the Khakassky Nature Reserve, on the territory of which the woman's place is located, Victor Nepomnyashchy,
wrote on Facebook that lumber was being transported to the hard-to-reach area.
