Can I Fix these Beats by Dr Dre Headphones with no sound from the right ear?

In this video, I've bought something else faulty off eBay and I'm going to try my best to fix it.

This one is a pair of Beats by Dr Dre headphones that don't output sound to the right channel. The plug is banana shaped, which I'm pretty sure isn't factory standard.

Can I Fix It?
