Dead SNES Mini to Awesome EMULATION Console!

After the carnage of the SNES Classic Mini I tried to fix last week (https://youtu.be/GhzL0OtP-5Q), I wanted to salvage some of the non-fried bits and make me a Raspberry Pi & Batocera powered Emulation Machine!

With no real plan, and a load of donor bits, let's see if I can do it!
