“Yet Another BBC BLUNDER” | Rapper Who Committed Murder Given New Parole Review
Jake Fahri, who killed 16-year-old Jimmy Mizen in 2009, has been given a new parole review, just months after being recalled to prison for breaching licence conditions.
Released in 2023, Fahri was sent back after appearing in violent drill rap videos as masked artist TEN, some filmed in banned areas and seemingly referencing the murder.
Jimmy’s mother said Fahri shows “no remorse,” and critics say it’s too soon to consider his release. The Parole Board says public safety will guide their decision.
