Previously RC treated 12,11,Pa lesion, open apex of 11,Transported canal of 12,After removal of gp an apical barrier was created in 11 with Bio c Repair. Negotiated the original canal of 12 with some difficulty as the instrument was going towards the easy path,the transported one.Transported canal was obturated with BioC repair maintaing the original canal patency with the help of hand files.Obturated the main canal of 12 with gp and bio c sealer.Fiber post and composite core for 12,11.PMMA temporary crowns were given.One and half-year review show satisfactory healing...
