Made.com was able to successfully tap into this industry due to launching a D2C furniture business in an area that wasn’t being served. The majority of the competitors were US established (In the Direct To Consumer World). They were also able to provide their customers with affordable high quality furniture by cutting out the middle-men. These are some of the most important characteristics we notice with every company.
