Sometimes, when there’s just too much darkness and I start to lose hope, I find it healing to make videos like this. Especially to this song.

Melissa Etheridge’s song “Giant” was inspired by the fall of the Berlin Wall, an event which Melissa happened to experience in person during her 1989 European tour. It speaks about the power of one, and how that power is magnified when we unite. There is nothing we cannot accomplish together. Each of us is a giant. And together we are a force to be reckoned with.
