Welcome to your Strength & Stretch Full Body Pilates Workout with no Equipment. A Special Request Standing Pilates Workout

» A Full-Body Standing Pilates Workout with a special focus on Feet Strength, Ankle mobility, Knee & hip Stability.
» Deep core activation and Pelvic Floor, using breathwork
» Beginner-friendly foundations with Intermediate layering
» Post-class Q&A and Community Chat!

EQUIPMENT: Mat Recommended. I often use optional props (Mini Ball, Resistance Band, or Light Weights) to add challenge, but you can always complete these workouts with just your bodyweight
