NON-COMMERCIAL PARNERSHIP FOR - Satellite Based “ ERA –GLONASS” & “ e-TOLLING” Systems for Growth of Republic of India. GLONASS UNION is Operator for the entire Satellite based Navigation Information Systems for the Federation of Russia.

COLLOBORATION BETWEEN GLONASS UNION & O21CD
GLONASS Union have collaborated with “ Orginal 21st Century Discoveries Pvt. Ltd” for providing facilitation for transfer of satellite based navigation technologies to India. O21 CD , having its registered office at Pune - 411001, Maharashtra, India. O21CdD was established on April 17, 2012 , with the objective of facilitating transfer of 21st Century -Innovative and Eco-Friendly Technologies from Russia to India.
The O21CD shall represent GLONASS UNION as its assignee , for deliberations with the Ministry of Surface Transport and Highways in India , in the matters related to non commercial cooperation on “ ERA –GLONASS” and “ e-TOLLING” Systems, for the Republic of India .

The GLONASS UNION , under the aegis of O21CD, made the presentation on the entire gamut of “ ERA –GLONASS” and “ e-TOLLING” Systems, on January 10 & 11, 2017 , to the Honorable Minister Mr. Nitin Gadkariji and Mr. Sanjay Mitraji , Secretary and Senior Officials of Ministry of Road Transport & Highway .
Having been convinced with the powerful potential of these systems for accelerating the growth of India

GLONASS Union stands committed for moving forward for adoption of the ERA- GLONASS system for saving the lives of road accident victims in India and rapid response to other emergencies on highways and e-Tolling system for accelerating the economic growth of road transport sector.

ERA –GLONASS & E-TOLLING SYSTEMS
“ ERA – GLONASS” is the world’s first functional Satellite Based emergency rapid response system to road accidents and other emergencies. The ERA-GLONASS saves thousands of lives of road accident victims and due to other emergencies on roads by reducing the response time up to 30% for the medical and security services to arrive at the accident site.
“ e-TOLLING” is unique system for auto collection of Fair Toll Tax , with a radical transparency in cashless financial transactions. This shall generate huge additional funds for development and repair of existing road infrastructure and construction of new roads.
