A Bumpy Road for Sidewalk Labs

Sidewalk Labs has been a controversial project from the beginning - a plan to develop a 12-acre site on the Toronto waterfront, creating a high tech, data-driven neighbourhood. Privacy and transparency concerns, and now potentially an issue around taxation and development fees have complicated an already complex undertaking. The Agenda welcomes Dan Doctoroff, founder and CEO of Sidewalk Labs, and the former deputy mayor of New York City, to learn his perspective on the project.
