Will Griggs
Will Griggs is an entertainment entrepreneur and producer. From promoting concerts for iconic artists like Kanye West and Patti Smith to signing MGMT to his label Cantora - Will has brought his unique skills and energy to projects across the entertainment and tech landscape. Will is currently Chief Experience Officer at HIFI, an NYC-based company building the financial rights organization for the music industry. Previous roles include Artistic Director of Public Arts, a multidisciplinary performance space at Ian Schrager’s Public Hotel and co-founder of Cantora which is known for developing internationally recognized artists and investing in startups through what TIME calls "a music-culture-cool tech fund that doesn’t lack ambition.”

Rob Bonstein
Rob Bonstein is VP of membership at HIFI and a leader who has pushed the music industry forward from roles in major record labels, artist management, and touring. Previously Rob led Business Development for Paradigm Talent Agency's music department after its acquisition of The Windish Agency, where he was an executive in charge of Strategy and Business Development. At The Creed Company he created innovative album and tour marketing campaigns for the Grammy Award-winning artist Bruno Mars, including one of the first Spotify-centric album release campaigns in 2012, leading to milestone streaming performance for Unorthodox Jukebox and "Locked out of Heaven" in 2012. He started his career in record labels, including at Epic Records where he created new digital sales forecasts for the finance department and ran the Digital Marketing team, running release campaigns and web, social and CRM strategies for artists including Shakira, Sade, Ozzy Osbourne, Sara Bareilles, and more. Rob is a previous panelist at SXSW, Digital Music Forum West, ASCAP Expo, GRAMMY Camp, Music Biz, and more.

Sean Glover
Sean heads up Industry Relations for the R&B and Hip Hop genres for SoundExchange, the company that distributed more than $1 Billion in performance royalties to artists and record labels last year. As one would expect, R&B/Hip Hop figures heavily among SoundExchange payees, with the genre making up nearly a quarter of the top 100 payees last year, a trend that has held true over the years. Glover does a significant amount of outreach to the urban community, conducting seminars across the country, speaking at industry gatherings, and forging his own programs, particularly with R&B and Hip Hop management groups, to ensure that new artists and producers are registered to receive SoundExchange money. He plays a substantive role in helping legacy artists, a traditionally underserved community, and their heirs collect the royalties that are due them. He’s also very active on Capitol Hill, explaining to lawmakers and their staffs about the importance of performance royalties to the livelihoods of R&B and Hip Hop artists around the world.

Cindy Nguyen
Cindy Nguyen is a rising music and entertainment executive. Currently the Director of Artist Relations and Operations, Head of Pop at Create Music Group, she specializes in Youtube artist account management, content strategy, and brand development. She oversees the company’s priority artists such as Jennifer Lopez, Dillon Francis, Tate McRae, and Larray. Recently, she was honored in Billboard’s Inaugural List of LGBTQ Executives Shaping the Music Industry and was selected to speak at the 2019 Billboard Pride Summit in Los Angeles.
