Chai latte cookies

Ingredients
Cake
* ½ cup margarine softened
* ½ cup white sugar
* ½ cup light brown sugar, packed
* 1 large egg
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 1 teaspoon warm water
* ½ teaspoon baking soda
* 2 teaspoons chai spice
* 1 ½ cups flour
Icing
* 1 cup powdered sugar
* 3 tablespoons milk
* 1 tablespoon margarine softened
* ¼ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
1. In a large mixing bow, mix the margarine, sugar, and brown sugar together until light and grainy
2. Dissolve baking soda in warm water and add to the previous mixture
3. Add in eggs, vanilla, and chai spice
4. Whip for 1-2 minutes until light and fluffy
5. Sift in four until mixture comes together
6. Scoop onto a tray and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes
7. Dip or drizzle in glaze & enjoy!
