I baked REINDEER cookies #shorts

Reindeer Cookies

2 cups margarine room temp, 2 cups granulated sugar, 2 large eggs, 3 tsp vanilla extract, 4 cups all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 cups cocoa powder, and 1 tsp salt
Topping: chocolate royal icing, black icing, & red mini m&ms
Instructions Cream the margarine and sugar together. Do not over mix
Add eggs slowly and mix. Scrape down the bowl with your spatula & mix again. Add vanilla extract. Sift together flour, cocoa powder and salt. Add to the wet mixture and mix. Roll dough out between 2 large pieces of parchment paper. Place on baking sheet and refrigerate minimum 1 hour. Roll out dough, cut out cookie shapes, and chill for 10-60 additional minute.Preheat oven 350 degrees. Bake for 8 -12 minutes, let cool & decorate!
