Epic v Apple: Sony Sued on Epic's "Monopoly" Theory (Day 3 Catch-Up) (VL463)
"Epic vs Apple" has finally arrived and (as Tim Sweeney now famously said) we're in for some "fireworks"!
On day three of the trial, Epic Engineer Andrew Grant is asked to distinguish phone from console, establish just what it is that Apple and Android actually do (?), and give a few thoughts on whether or not Epic controls access to its own products or services (!).
Oh...and Sony was sued for maintaining monopoly access over PlayStation's digital storefront. That sounds familiar.
Once a decision is reached, no one controls who can use it or how it can be used...in Virtual Legality.
