WORKOUT WEDNESDAY!!!
30 Min Six Pack Circuit
Perform 3-4 sets of the entire circuit with 1 minute breaks after you complete all 6 exercises in succession

1. TRX Pikes.................................x 20
2. SA KB Crunches.......................x 20 each
3. Jackknives................................x 40
4. Weighted Leg Raises.................x 20
5. Advanced Bicycle Situps............x 40
6. MB Plank..................................x 1 min
