Man's Search for Meaning by Victor Frankl illustrates the survival of Victor Frankl & his companions from the nazi's concentration camps. You might be thinking, what in it for me ? While narrating his story, Victor also shared how he managed to stay alive under extreme conditions by simply shifting his perspective upon pain. He described how he retained meaning for life even though many prisoners had given up & had committed suicide. His story serves as an introduction to "logotherapy" it's a therapy that helps patients revitalize their purpose for living. This book is now considered on the top of my list, I'd highly recommend reading it if you are lacking purpose or often find yourself negative, ungrateful, unhappy, sad, glum & depressed. Surely, it will revitalize your purpose & gratitude for living.
