🎣 PA Stocked Trout Creek Fishing + Family Day

Opening day of trout season here in Pennsylvania and we hit one of my favorite stocked creeks from when I was a kid. Brought my wife out with me and spent the morning fishing, exploring, and trying to get on some trout despite hot weather and picky fish.
The parking lot wasn’t packed like we expected, but the fish definitely made us work for it. After switching baits, moving spots, and making what felt like a million casts, we finally got into some trout.
From dealing with curious cows 🐄 to finding the right presentation, this is a real look at what trout opener is actually like on a stocked south east Pennsylvania creek in Chester County
We wrapped up the day heading to Easter dinner with family—super grateful for time outdoors and being able to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ with the people we love.
