Trump hands out pizza and signs waitress' top on Iowa visit

Donald Trump made an impromptu stop on his campaign trail to hand out pizza to his supporters.

He was also spotted signing the top of a waitress who said "we're so honoured to have you here".

Mr Trump was at the Treehouse Pub & Eatery in Bettendorf, Iowa, where more than 100 people had gathered.

During his speech in nearby Maquoketa, he blasted the prisoner exchange with Iran.
