My new diet and training program
I'm tired of being fat and want to get back to when I was 6% bodyfat, but bigger and stronger this time. Last time I was 198 shredded, so I want to be 210 - 215 shredded this time. There is probably a healthier way to diet than what I'm doing, but I'm too impatient for it to take 6 months to a year when I can do it in 3 months.
