What are psyllium husks?
Psyllium seed husks come from a plant called plantago ovata. Out of all of the fibers, psyllium has the most soluble fiber.

Psyllium husks are mainly used as a natural laxative.
Psyllium husks benefits:
• It may be good for constipation
• It may be good for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
• It may be good for high blood pressure
• It may be good for heart disease
• It may be good for diabetes
• It may be good for cholesterol
How to use psyllium husks:
The amount you may want to consider taking would be about 7 grams per day. Mix this water and drink up. You want to make sure to drink more water to help decrease the potential side effects of psyllium husks.

• Gas
• Abdominal bloating
• Diarrhea
• Constipation
• Nausea
• Headaches
• Allergy
• Decreasing iron
