4 Important Tasks I'll NEVER Outsource (On Niche Sites)

It can be tough to outsource your stuff when working on affiliate and niche sites. It's the same for everyone, I guess. You are a jack of all trades and if you are anything like me you LOVE to do new stuff and try new things out.

But outsourcing is absolutely crucial if you want to scale your business.

In this video, I talk about which task I will never outsource, simply because these are so vital to an affiliate business or content websites for publishers, that you need to do it yourself. At least if you ask me.

Outsourcing can be painful but it doesn't have to be. I love working with my team of writers and my editor and I keep them close so I know what's going on in their life.

To me, that is one of the most important parts of running a business. Knowing what you should do yourself and which tasks to outsource to other people, freelancers, or employees.
