1934 Joe Haymes (as ‘Ted Wilson’) - I Wish I Were Twins (Rose Blane, vocal)

1934 tune was one of the very first titles to include a Frank Loesser songwriting credit. This and the 78 flip side “Why Don’t You Practice What You Preach” ( https://youtu.be/9Y5ErL2rtF8 ) were the only two out of 33 commercially released tracks recorded by the Haymes band during 1934 that were not issued under his own name on the primary ARC labels.

Transferred from 78rpm Vocalion 2747 - I Wish I Were Twins (DeLange-Loesser-Meyer) by Ted Wilson (Joe Haymes) & his Orchestra, vocal by Rose Blane (as Audry Blane), recorded in NYC June 21, 1934 .
