I am going to remove this video in a few days. I am appalled at the racist bigoted views being spouted by some of the ignorant twats leaving comments here.
As one person commented, it is about a moral compass : you have one or you don't. These guys tipping don't and neither do the racist scumbags leaving messages here. They are just as indicative of the decline in personal responsibility as the tippers.
Just search Fly Tipping on youtube and you will find mainly white British idiots doing it.
You may as well say it is only people with curly hair or people that wear grey marl tracksuits that fly tip.

Other people here criticising me for doing nothing.
I put this on YouTube for the council to easily view as it was too big a file to send via email to them.
This led to them being called in for a formal warning that they have been caught ( no prosecution unfortunately as the stuff was never found dumped elsewhere) and if they catch them again they will prosecute this crime. So, not doing nothing then.
