MTB Flow Trail - Demonstration Forest - April 2020

Today we are at Soquel Demonstration Forest to get nice look at my favorite local trail. Located in the mountains above Santa Cruz, CA you can find a nicely kept trail system inside of Nisene Marks State Park which connects to Soquel Demonstration Forest near the top. The Flow trail is about 3.5 miles of some very nice flowy downhill. Full ride is just over 10 miles from the parking lot and back. Route taken is Hihns Mill fire road to Sulphur Springs, Ridge trail to Flow Trail and then back up Hihns Mill to the Parking lot. Please LIKE and SUBSCRIBE to see more videos like this!
