It was great to see that Otunga did not have hernia. All children were diagnosed with worms and malnutrition. Their mother, Bwibo refused an injection that would stop her getting pregnant again. She chose tabs, which I doubted whether she would take daily as required. Those people, all of them had some health challenges that needed careful attention and continued support.
