India shuts schools in New Delhi as temperatures rise above 47°C

Officials in India's New Delhi have asked schools to shut with immediate effect, as it grapples with record high temperatures. Parts of the capital recorded temperatures above of 47°C -- the highest anywhere in the country. Hospitals in New Delhi have also started to see an increase in patients suffering from heat strokes, dehydration and respiratory ailments. Priyata Brajabasi reports.
