Kothimbir vadi/ How to make crispy Kothimbir vadi at home/ महाराष्ट्रा फेमस कोथिम्बीर वड़ी केसे बनाए

Ingredients:

1 Cup Green Coriander/ Fresh Daniya
1 Cup Besan
2 Tbsp Rice flour
1 Tsp Salt
Half Tsp Red chilli Powder
Half Tsp Turmeric
Half Tsp Coriander Powder
1/4th Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Tbsp White Sesame seeds/Til
2 Tsp Garlic, ginger, green chillies paste
2 Tbsp Oil

Method:
Chop the fresh coriander & wash it thoroughly. In a bowl add besan, rice flour, salt mix them well than gradually add water and keep mixing with a whisker to avoid lumps to get flowy batter like Pakoda mixture.
Heat a pan add oil & Garlic, ginger, green chillies paste stir it for few seconds than add chopped Coriander mix until it softens than add all dry Masala's & the prepared besan mix into batches mix them all until it combines. Grease/Brush a plate with oil add prepared mixture set it under air cut them into desired shapes let it soak in air for 20mins or half an hour and deep fry them and enjoy your hot Kothimbir vadi with any Chutney.
